Ok, height is so important for the human race. Know how to grow taller? People don't really get happy with their height. To be honest a lot of people don't really care but for a lot of people it doesn't matter. Anyway I went out to the gym and started stretching on my muscles and it got me taller. Anyway, what happened is the HGH human growth hormone released from my brain got all around my body and it made me taller. How can i get taller Actually doing loads of exercise can make you taller, that is why I recommend it for a lot of people. Understandably, a lot of people don't like doing exercise and that is ok because there are loads of specialists out there you can go and talk to about your height if you suffer from small man syndrome. Don't fret, it isn't the end of the world, I promise. You should really be sleeping a lot to grow as It will really help. Anyway, you should also go for lots of walks in the sun as it will really help you grow and become a better person. You shouldn't drink and you should not smoke as it will stunt your growth apparently. Do not do drugs, especially don't do any kind of Class A drugs as they can effect your growth permanently. Anyway I really hope you read this article as you will become increasingly taller and will become happier. I know loads of small people who are actually unemployed and I really feel like that is not really good. Loads of tall people are actually much taller, and it is unfair. It just is how humanity works, and I believe that is unfair but it is just the world we have been born in unfortunately. Anyway being small is really tough and I know it as I have small syndrome myself. It can effect all of us in tons of certain ways, but I hate it when a tall person complains about his or her height. It is not fair! Tall people are rich, have all the ladies, and can get anything they want. They could actually be god's second creations. Perhaps us small people were mistakes and then he said to himself ' oh I really want to be taller myself' and put his creation and mind into us, but then chose the tall people over us in the end. I love god.
